Disclosures

Who underwrites what, how the numbers on this site should be read, and what we will and will not claim.

1. Who we are

Jobsite Funding, 9719 S Dixie Hwy #8, Miami, FL 33156.

2. What we underwrite in-house and what we place

Jobsite Funding is a direct lender. Working capital, the Drawline line of credit, and equipment financing are underwritten and funded by Jobsite Funding. SBA loans and long-term bank term loans are originated through our bank and SBA lending partners. Construction invoice factoring is placed with specialty construction factors. On every file, in-house underwriting is the first option we review. Where a product is placed with a partner, we identify the partner before you sign anything.

3. Rates, amounts and timelines on this site are illustrative ranges

Every figure published on this site — cost ranges, APR ranges, advance rates, funding amounts and timelines — is a range of what we and our partners offer, not an offer to you. Your actual terms are determined by underwriting and stated in writing in your agreement before you sign. Nothing on this site is a commitment to lend.

4. Working capital is a purchase of future receivables

Jobsite Funding working capital is structured as a purchase of a specified amount of future business receivables at a discount, not as a term loan, and the cost is expressed as a fixed total dollar amount rather than an annual percentage rate. The total amount to be remitted, the remittance amount and the remittance frequency are all disclosed in the 2-page agreement before you sign.

Where state law requires a commercial financing disclosure — including California, New York, Utah, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Connecticut, Kansas and Missouri — you will receive that disclosure in the form and at the time the statute requires.

5. Early payoff

Early payoff earns a discount of up to the published maximum of 30% off the remaining balance. The exact discount schedule is stated in your agreement. There is no prepayment penalty on any Jobsite Funding in-house product.

6. Personal guarantee

In-house products require a personal guarantee from an owner of 20% or more. Partner-placed products may require guarantees on the partner's terms.

7. Credit inquiries

Applying uses a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your personal credit score. A hard inquiry may occur on acceptance for products that require one, and you will be told before it happens.

8. Credit reporting

Reporting of in-house products to commercial credit bureaus is governed by the terms of your signed agreement, which states whether and to which bureaus the account is reported. If the answer matters to your bonding or banking relationships, ask the underwriter before you sign and we will put it in writing. We will not publish a general claim here that we cannot substantiate for every product.

9. Third-party data

Bank data is obtained, with your authorization, through a bank-data aggregation service that provides balances and transactions without exposing your banking credentials. Business and personal credit data is obtained from consumer and commercial reporting agencies with your authorization.

10. Statistics cited on this site

Industry figures cited on this site come from published third-party construction payment and benchmarking research and from government publications, and are listed with their methodology caveats on our construction cash-flow data page. They describe the construction industry, not Jobsite Funding's performance, and they are not a representation of results you should expect.

11. No automated outreach

Jobsite Funding does not operate automated marketing email sequences to applicants or customers. Communication about your file is initiated by a person.

12. No testimonials or funded-volume claims

We publish no customer testimonials, no client logos and no funded-volume figures. Worked examples on this site are labeled as illustrative and use arithmetic, not case studies attributed to real borrowers.

Every figure here is a range. Your figure comes from underwriting.
