How we collect, use, protect and share information. A GLBA-compliant privacy program, first-party analytics only, and no sale of personal information.

1. Who we are
Jobsite Funding is located at 9719 S Dixie Hwy #8, Miami, FL 33156. This policy describes how we collect, use, protect and share information in connection with our commercial financing products and this website.
2. Information we collect
- Business identifying information: legal name, trade name, EIN, address, entity type, trade license details, time in business.
- Owner identifying information: name, address, date of birth, Social Security number, ownership percentage, contact details.
- Financial information: business bank account details, balances and transaction history, deposit history, existing financing positions, pay applications, schedules of values and retainage schedules.
- Credit report data on the business and on guarantors.
- Site usage data: pages viewed, referring source, partner referral code, and device and browser information.
3. Bank data and account linking
When you choose to link a business bank account, the connection is made through a bank-data aggregation service. We receive balances and transactions. We do not receive or store your online banking credentials, and the connection is read-only — no party in the chain can move money out of your account using it.
You may instead upload PDF statements. Linking is faster and usually produces a better outcome on a seasonal file, because it lets us read a full 12 months of deposits rather than the 6 statements you send.
4. Sensitive identifiers
Full Social Security and Employer Identification numbers are stored encrypted in a dedicated secrets vault, with access that is role-restricted and logged on every read. Display surfaces across our internal systems show the last four digits only.
Full identifiers are never written into application records, log files, audit detail, or any artificial-intelligence system prompt.
5. How we use information
Underwriting and credit decisioning; verification of the information you submit; servicing and collection on funded transactions; fraud prevention and identity verification; regulatory and legal compliance; and communicating with you about your file. We do not operate automated marketing email sequences.
6. How we share information
With funding partners, SBA lenders, bank partners and specialty factors where your file is placed with them; with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract; with consumer and commercial credit reporting agencies where applicable; with the referring ISO or broker on a file they originated, limited to status and the terms of their commission; and as required by law, subpoena or regulatory request.
We do not sell personal information.
7. GLBA notice and your right to opt out
As a financial institution under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, we maintain a written privacy program and a written information security program. You may opt out of certain sharing of your nonpublic personal information with non-affiliated third parties, other than sharing necessary to process, service or enforce a transaction you have requested or authorized. 8. Cookies and analytics
This site uses first-party analytics only. We record page views, the path visited, and clicks on links into our application, tied to a randomly generated session identifier stored in your browser's session storage. That identifier is not linked to your name, it is discarded when you close the tab, and no advertising pixel, remarketing tag, chat widget or third-party tracking script is loaded on this site. The only external resource this site loads is a web font stylesheet.
9. Your choices and rights
California residents have rights under the CCPA and CPRA to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to request correction, and to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We verify requests before acting on them and respond within the period the applicable statute requires.
10. Retention and security
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. Access to underwriting records is role-restricted and logged. We retain application and transaction records for the period required by applicable law and by our funding partners' requirements, and we dispose of records securely when that period ends.
11. Children
This service is directed to businesses and to people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
