1. Program description
Jobsite Funding sends application status updates, document requests and servicing messages to mobile numbers provided by applicants and customers. Messages are transactional and relate to an open application or an active account. There is no marketing SMS campaign and no automated drip.
2. Consent language collected at the point of entry
By providing your mobile number you agree to receive SMS messages from Jobsite Funding regarding your application and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving funding. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
This language appears at the point where a mobile number is collected in our application, not only here.
3. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to be removed from the program immediately. You will receive a single confirmation message and nothing after it. You can also call (888) 896-5559 and ask to be removed.
4. How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, or call (888) 896-5559 Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM ET.
5. Frequency, rates and delivery
Message frequency varies and depends on the activity on your file. Message and data rates may apply under your plan with your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Supported carriers
Messages are supported on major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and the regional and reseller carriers that participate in the US aggregator network. Carrier participation can change without notice to us.
7. Privacy and contact
Mobile numbers collected for this program are used for the purposes described above and are handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing.
